Hotel Rixos Libertas Dubrovnik
This luxury hotel has a great dining scene and a spot on the beach. It’s even got a casino.
Tiered into a cliffside, this contemporary hotel gets panoramic views across the Adriatic Sea. It’s right on a rocky beach with bathing platforms. And just above the beach you’ll find a big pool and a huge spa.
The hotel has three restaurants, with special mention going to the seafood place. It also has the only casino in town. Dubrovnik’s Old Town is about a 20-minute walk away.

Excellent 14 night stay
Cannot fault anything about this hotel. Food superb and spoilt for choice. Staff so helpful. Ideally situated for Dubrovnik old town as 15-20 minute walk away. Recommend for couples and families with older children. Walk into old town is challenging in two short sections where pavement is very narrow along busy road. An ideal location to explore other areas. More

We took a suite on the 11 th floor. Los of room for 2 small kids. Amazing room. Deck same size as room! The view of the sea is interrupted. Service is great. One of the best and cleanest dinner and breakfast buffets I've had to date. Staff are great at this hotel. Has a nice indoor pool if the weather will not permit user of the outdoor pool. Can also swim in the sea. Had never stayed at this group... its fit for royalty More
I just absolutely love this hotel. I normally prefer smaller boutique hotels but the views here are amazing. If you happen to be lucky enough to get a seaside room, you wake up to lovely ocean views. There’s also floor to ceiling windows in the hotel as well as the spa and the workout area. Speaking of spas, make sure you plan a visit even if it’s just to enjoy the facilities. The steam room was great and they have a nice Jacuzzi and relaxation room. The food was typical buffet. Wished they had more traditional food.More
This hotel is in the prefect location a 10 minute walk to the main town with a lovely outdoor pool area . We were there in September but I would image that high season it would get very crowded . The only negative I found is that in the evening many locals arrive to jump off the wall into the sea and fill up the area which I have no problem with other then being careful of what is left on your sunbed particularly while going to the bathroom etc. . The rooms are well laid out but it is the view from the balcony that made me love the hotel , however not all rooms have a good view of the sea . Overall it is a great hotel with the breakfast provided being to a very high standard and Michkael our waiter was excellent . Most of the staff and very helpful and polite but one or two are just not interested especially in the evening restaurant . Booked a number of trips from the hotel and later found them to much cheaper elsewhere .More
Take me back
This hotel is a gem in Dubrovnik. My husband and I recently stayed here in a much anticipated long awaited holiday. To my dismay on arrival at Dubrovnik airport my checked luggage had been lost. We were not gonna let this little glitch dampen our holiday. On arrival to Rixos Hotel Libertas, we were upgraded to a spectacular room which had the most magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea, the hotel is beautiful- yes! But what sets this hotel apart from most is the hotel staff. Such friendly, kind people who went out of their way to make our stay all that much special. It is a 15min scenic walk to the old town. A special thank you to Petra who went above and beyond to locate my bag. If you are planning a trip to Dubrovnik, this is the hotel to stay in! More
