Grand Hotel Park
The Hotel Grand Park teams a close-to-the-beach setting with easy access to Dubrovnik, plus a big helping of facilities if you want to stay put.
The Hotel Grand Park is on the Lapad Peninsula, tucked among tropical gardens. There’s a pebbly beach just a couple of minutes’ walk away, and a local bus will get you to Dubrovnik Old Town in about 15 minutes.
Most of the action here revolves around the outdoor pool. You'll find it nestled into a secluded courtyard at the back of the hotel. The restaurant's close by, too, with floor-to-ceiling windows that look out over the pool and the nearby coast – ideal for meals with a view.

Not far away of Dubrovnik fortress
The Hotel has a main big building and two Villas : Park and Maria. I stay in one Villas, the room was nice with a large balcony, with a swimming pool view. The restaurant was self service with drinks on demand. The beach is near by the hotel, with a beautiful cost.More

Stayed here with Tour group
Grand Park was a typical tourist hotel with plenty tour groups. Check in 2pm ! The room was fairly small but had a balcony. The bathroom was small and the shower cubicle strange ! It has a spa and swimming pools. It was within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, buses, and beach area at the rear. The old town can be reached with a No 6 bus to Pile Gate.More

Not a 4 star!
The hotel was in a good location and served a good breakfast. Other than this the hotel fell very short of meriting 4 stars. The room was dowdy and far too small to accommodate three single beds. That first night I asked reception for a single room. I was told to enquire later when the staff had finished checking in a large group that was just arriving at the reception desk. I enquired a second and third time that evening. There was no effort made to provide me with a single room and finally I was told to enquire again the next day. I went online and found availability in the hotel. I would have to pay for a second booking if I were to book online. This was completely unsatisfactory. Because of how I was treated by the reception staff, I now had no faith or trust in them nor any guarantee of getting a single room, I resolved the issue by booking a room in a separate hotel to ensure I would be comfortable for the remainder of my stay in Dubrovnik. Such a beautiful old town!More
Not so grand hotel park
Rooms Lots of people arrive early, YOU CAN NOT CHECK IN UNTIL 14.00,our flight was at 6am so very tired, not even a complementary drink while you wait Beds comfortable, but old and tired. Shower rusty and glossed to cover up. Six coaches of cruise ship guests stopping over night that leave at 0645am so you don’t get a sleep in, showers, suitcases and doors banging and all getting sea view rooms all the rooms have laminate floor so you can hear every footstep Food Coach loads of Chinese tourists come and queue at 6.45, so you can’t get any food, then take over the dinner hall. Cold, we complained and they asked to come in to dinner later, then all food had gone and any left was cold Pool Dirty sun lounger cushions and all around the pool, never seen any cleaners other than room. Area around pool dirty and gutters full of hair and dirt. This is not a 4 star hotel Croatia pubs are full of chain smokers, inside and outMore
We stayed here for a week. The location is absolutely perfect as you are away from the busy old town and only a short taxi ride away when you want to venture in. The Taxi cost us around 80-85 kuna each way from the main road at the top of the promenade in Lapad and was ideal so we didn’t have to worry about busy buses or bus times. We were half board and the food in the restaurant is varied and good. We ate out quite a bit however as we prefer to do that. There are loads of bars and restaurants very close by which are fairly reasonable. The beach at Lapad is pebbly but lovely and there are some lovely swimming spots if you walk up the path on the right as you look out to the sea. You can even walk round to a sandy beach that way. It’s a lovely walk with great views. Overall the hotel is just in need of a bit of an update but we could not fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. More
