The Hotel Cavtat boasts a central postcode, and a rooftop infinity pool that opens up panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea.
This place has nabbed a waterfront position, just a five-minute walk from the centre of Cavtat. It’s right on the picturesque Tiha Bay, and the hotel has its own sunbathing platform on the shingle shoreline.
A recent renovation means the hotel looks really fresh, and modern touches come from things like face-shaped chairs. Bedrooms are pared back, all-white spaces with navy accents and designer floor lamps.

Don’t want to leave
My wife and I are staying here, leaving tomorrow. I’ve loved staying at this hotel - the staff are very friendly, breakfast has a great range (including bowls of melted chocolate!), and the rooms are very clean. The hotel is in a great location ; the view from my room was perfect, and everything you need is just a few minutes walk away. I’ll be sad to leave but hope to return one day soon. More
Enjoyed our stay
We stayed here for 4 nights with 2 young children and have to say we couldn’t really fault it. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms we stayed in looked to be recently refurbished and were very clean. The only slight negative was that the only interconnecting family rooms were at the back of the hotel overlooking the car park with no real view but we didn’t spend much time in the room during daylight hours so it wasn’t really an issue. The location was great being right on the sea front and the view at breakfast was really nice. Cavtat itself is pretty with lots of restaurants and bars and a nice walk around the headland. it’s a great base for visiting Dubrovnik and the surrounding area with ferry boats operating a service into Dubrovnik old town all day until late. I would definitely recommend this hotel and resort to anyone wanting to visit this part of Croatia. More
We arrived late on Monday of the Easter Holiday and I think the hotel had only opened that weekend. Unfortunately, we arrived and departed in the dark because we had to catch the first flight out of Dubrovnik airport the next day. The rooms were clean and comfortable but what really stood-out was the exceptional customer service. Late on Monday night, the front desk attendant helped us print our boarding passes for our flight out the next day. And because we were going to miss our included breakfast, they packed us bag lunches with cheese and ham sandwiches, fruit and bottled water! Even in the darkness, I could tell the view was stunning. Next time we'll stay much longer!More

Happy with Hotel Cavtat
Bit of a late review as we stayed at Hotel Cavtat back in September 2016! Good hotel though for the money we thought, just a five minute walk down the hill to the waterfront & lots of restaurants all within walking distance. As can be seen by the pictures the room are modern & contemporary, which made them feel light & airy. The AC worked well & the view from the small balcony over the bay was very nice. We only ate breakfast in the hotel since it was included, but there was a substantial selection in a buffet style and also somebody cooking up eggs on demand, which was good to have. As some others have said the pool area on the roof did get quite busy (we were there in September so it must be worst in July / August), but we usually managed to get a sunbed. The hotel does seem to attract the slightly older package tourist (not that this is a bad thing), but we were surprised that us & one other couple were probably the only ones under 60, especially since you usually get a range of ages staying in a hotel. All the guests were very nice & friendly though & it was peaceful and relaxing. We liked staying in Cavtat over Dubrovnik since it was cheaper and also because it was nice to escape the crowds at the end of the day. It is only a cheap water taxi ride / bus ride into the city and they run back fairly late into the evening so we were able to have Dubrovnik one night before catching the bus back. We'd certainly stay again if we were back in the area!More
Stayed here as part of a second island holiday after coming from Korcula. The hotel was huge built into a cliff. Pool very busy so have to be down very early to get a bed. We ate in the steakhouse one night that was fab. Breakfast was a huge buffet very nice! Hotel is very busy. Lots of steps down into town. Cavtat is lovely we were there for 5 nights I think 2 or 3 would have been plenty.More
