The Hotel Cavtat boasts a central postcode, and a rooftop infinity pool that opens up panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea.
This place has nabbed a waterfront position, just a five-minute walk from the centre of Cavtat. It’s right on the picturesque Tiha Bay, and the hotel has its own sunbathing platform on the shingle shoreline.
A recent renovation means the hotel looks really fresh, and modern touches come from things like face-shaped chairs. Bedrooms are pared back, all-white spaces with navy accents and designer floor lamps.

Great Location & Scenery
On arrival Hotel room not cleaned properly. This was swiftly rectified. Offered alternative room, but declined. Complimentary fruit, water and yellow Rose. Breakfast great, cooked omelette fruit juices, tea coffee etc, good range of choice. Did not have dinner, so cannot comment. There are Mosquitos so bring your repellents. Cats roam the area and are no bother. Various choices of restaurants & bars within walking distance. Also supermarket, banks & post office. Stayed end of Oct to Nov, which is end of season. Understand very busy in Summer. Peaceful, location for me is great. Water Taxi to Dubrovnik beautiful scenery whilst crossing. You can also catch the bus need to get off at the right stop though. Weather in 20s in the day very warm. You will have no problems communicating, the command of English is good. Thank you to Bozho & Magda at reception. Special thanks to Josip at the bar. Service always with a smile. Lovely people. I would return to Cavtat and also this hotel. Fantastic setting. Overall thoroughly enjoyed stay.More
Had a great few days at this hotel,we had a sea view room on the 6th floor and it was definitely one of those wow moments when we saw the view overlooking the bay,the room was excellent the breakfast was very nice as well. Cavtat was quiet but a beautiful place and the old town in Dubrovnik was amazing. Our first time in Croatia and will definitely be back, would love to stay in the hotel cavtat again. More
peace and quiet
This place is that laid back even the birds don't make a noise, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. Tip if your going to Dubrovnik take a water taxi much better than the bus.Great place great people hope to go back asap,More

Amazing views and a brilliant location
My wife and I stayed at the hotel on its last week of operation for the season. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because the A La Carte restaurant and Spa had closed meaning we had to go into Cavtat to eat every Lunch and Evening and 70% of those had closed by the end of our stay as well. The views from the sea view rooms are amazing, you don't need a TV in your room because you will be watching that. They appear to be halfway through renovating the hotel as some rooms are a lot more up to date than others. Our room was on the 7th floor facing the sea and had a modern bathroom with a big clean room. The staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good and the one night we ate there (We paid to use the buffet you get when you're half board) it was fine. Location wise you are a 2 min walk from the bus stop (No.10 gets you to Dubrovnik in 30 mins) and 3 mins from the centre of Cavtat. Lots of lovely walks around the town and further a field. The restaurants that were open were all good. If you are going at the start or end of season it might be worth doing half board or you will go to the same places again and again. All on all a lovely hotel that I would stay in againMore
Charming friendly hotel
We had a lovely balcony view of the harbor from our room, just off the reception area, it was lovely, clean, quite room. The infinity pool is a must, but if you travel in October like we did be prepared for a shock to the system, the water is freezing. Gorgeous views though. You can hire pool towels from reception and they give you that back when you return your towel. There are loads of restaurants and bars overlooking the sea in the old town which were lovely and a local supermarket. Loads of gorgeous walks around Cavtat. We took a boat taxi into Dobrovnik was a lovely journey, it's very busy and touristy there and couldn't wait to get back to Cavtat. There are a lot of feral cats everywhere but they were harmless and didn't bother you, lovely to watch them in fact. Really couldn't fault the place, the locals spoke English and very welcoming and friendly. Will defiantly be going back. More
