Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by them.<\/p>\n

2. Eligibility: <\/strong>This competition is open to any resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.<\/p>\n

3. How to Enter:<\/strong> Internet access required to participate. To enter you will need to visit the TUI River Cruises Instagram page, \u2018like\u2019 the competition post, \u2018tag\u2019 another Instagram user in the comments and ensure you\u2019re both following the Instagram page. Entries must be completed between Wednesday 17th<\/sup> December 2025 at 10:00 and Sunday 18th<\/sup> January at 23:59 2026. No purchase necessary. No entries from agents or third parties or automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.<\/p>\n

4. Use of Data:<\/strong> All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter\u2019s Privacy Notice available at https:\/\/www.tui.co.uk\/destinations\/info\/privacy-policy<\/a><\/p>\n

5. Dates:<\/strong> The competition commences on Wednesday 17th<\/sup> December 2025 at 10:00 and Sunday 18th<\/sup> January at 23:59 2026. All entries must be received by this time.<\/p>\n

6. Receipt of Entries:<\/strong> The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and\/or any lost entries.<\/p>\n

\u00a07. <\/strong>Prize: <\/strong>There\u2019s one (1) prize of a TUI River Cruises merchandise bundle to be won. The prize is not transferable, and no alternative will be offered.<\/p>\n

8. Selection of winners:<\/strong> The winner will be chosen at random by a computer generator from all eligible entries. This will result in one winner only.<\/p>\n

9. Notification:<\/strong> The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram on or after Monday 19th<\/sup> January 2026 with instructions on how to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received.<\/p>\n

10. Winner(s) details:<\/strong> Details of the winner will be obtainable after Monday 19th<\/sup> January 2026 by writing to TUI River Cruises, Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 9TN. Winners must inform the Promotor if they wish to decline publication of this information. The winner may be required to participate in post-competition publicity.<\/p>\n

11. General:<\/strong> The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions, and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter\u2019s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered in to. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Instagram accepts no liability for this competition.<\/p>\n
