1.) Promoter\u2019s Details<\/span>:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

TUI UK Limited (the \u201cPromoter\u201d\/ \u201cTUI UK\u201d) is a member of TUI Group. Registered office: Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 9TN. Registered in England No: 2830117.<\/p>\n

2.) Eligibility:<\/strong> This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse,\u00a0<\/span>partners<\/span>\u00a0and cohabitants) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries,\u00a0<\/span>advertising<\/span>\u00a0or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3.) How to Enter: <\/strong>To enter the competition, entrants must correctly answer the trivia question in the caption of the ‘TUI Smiles Competition’ post. This will be posted on the official TUI UK Instagram account (https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/tuiuk\/<\/a>) & Facebook page (https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TUIUnitedKingdom) at 09:00am (BST) on Tuesday 20th October 2026 (multiple entries by the same account will be entered only once). Internet access required. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.<\/p>\n

4.) Use of Data: <\/strong>All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter\u2019s Privacy Policy available at\u00a0https:\/\/www.tui.co.uk\/destinations\/info\/privacy-policy<\/a><\/p>\n

5.) Dates:<\/strong> The competition commences at 09:00am on Tuesday 20th October 2026 (BST) and closes at 11:59pm (GMT) on Monday 26th October 2026. All entries must be received by 11:59pm (GMT) on Monday 26th October 2026<\/p>\n

6.) Receipt of Entries: <\/strong>The Promoter\u00a0<\/span>cannot be held\u00a0<\/span>responsib<\/span>le\u00a0<\/span>for network,\u00a0<\/span>computer<\/span>\u00a0or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and\/or any lost entries.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

7.) Prizes:<\/strong> There is one (1) prize available, comprising of a \u00a31000 TUI Gift Card, 2000 Bonus Smiles & a bundle of holiday essentials. The Gift Card must be treated as cash and the balance cannot be refunded if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Booking terms and conditions apply to any holiday purchased in part or full using the TUI Gift Card. It is the winner\u2019s responsibility to check all visa and passport requirements are fulfilled. Travel insurance is not included.<\/p>\n

In order to receive the 2000 Bonus Smiles, the winner will need to be signed up to our TUI Smiles Rewards Club (https:\/\/www.tui.co.uk\/tuismilesrewardsclub<\/a>)<\/p>\n

8.) Selection of winners: <\/strong>The winner will be chosen at random by a computer generator from all correct entries at the end of the competition period on Tuesday 27th October 2026.<\/p>\n

9.) Notification:<\/strong> The winner will be notified on Instagram or Facebook on or after Tuesday 27th October 2026 with instructions on how to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received.<\/p>\n

10.) Winner\u2019s details<\/strong>: Details of the winner will be obtainable after Tuesday 27th October 2026 by writing to TUI UK, Wigmore House, Wigmore Road, Luton, LU2 9TN. Winners must inform the Promotor if they wish to decline publication of this information. The winner may be required to participate in post-competition publicity.<\/p>\n

11.) General: <\/strong>The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter\u2019s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta.
