Synapse is a professional network for postgraduate medical trainees in London and the south east, designed to provide personalised information about training. Tui worked with the London Deanery to plan and implement this complex software platform, and consulted on the hosting specification and security. The site is load-balanced on a scalable hardware platform and has had independent penetration testing.

Building on the open source Symfony framework allowed Tui to create a secure professional networking site with bespoke features tailored to the deanery's specific needs.
