We are looking for a smart, capable .NET developer with experience in OO analysis, design and programming. You should be curious about all aspects of the design process (we love generalists), and at ease with clients. You must have RDBMS experience, and use version control systems (particularly Subversion, but experience using Git & Mercurial is helpful). You should also have some level of competence producing HTML, CSS and Javascript using jQuery. Bonus points for familiarity with ASP.NET MVC, Spring.NET, Castle Windsor, StructureMap, NHibernate, Entity Framework, and Test-, Domain-, and Behaviour-driven development, but talent and an interest in learning are more important. We're looking for someone with excellent knowledge of current and upcoming standards (HTML 5, CSS 3), and their application in the real world. Experience with CSS frameworks such as Blueprint CSS and LESS would be beneficial, as would experience writing mature, progressive, and maintainable Javascript (especially in jQuery). Our developments aren't restricted to the desktop, so ideally you'll also have experience with mobile browsers.
Most of our work is Symfony-based, and we're always on the lookout for smart OO-minded PHP 5 developers who understand design patterns, source control, unit & functional testing, and are comfortable with the modern best practices that framework-based development embodies and encourages.
