We recently designed and implemented a new ‘audiences portal’ for the BBC. This intranet site aggregates information about audiences across channels and platforms so that ‘who watches and listens to what when’ becomes simpler to research, analyse and understand.

The complex technical work involved in producing the new site and drawing together technical resources was supported by Tui's re-branding of the BBC's Marketing, Communications & Audiences department. Communicating the research in clear and distinctive ways is vital to the success of making the data available.
